PSYC 369 - Seminar in Industrial Organizational Psychology4 credits A review of psychological theory and methodology as it applies to human behavior in the workplace. Topics include basic measurement theory, testing and assessment, personnel selection, job satisfaction, work motivation, leadership, and organization theory. Course may be repeated. Prerequisite: PSYC 101 , third-year or higher standing. Signature of instructor required for registration. Recommended: A course in statistics such as MATH 117 or equivalent.
