4 credits An examination of the theories of psychopathology with emphasis on current theoretical models and the relationships of the study of psychopathology to social issues. Discussion of the nature, classification, causes, and treatment of major forms of psychopathology. Prerequisite: PSYC 101, second year or higher standing required. Offered spring semester.
