MATH 213 - Introduction to Logic

4 credits
A study of the principles and methods of correct reasoning. Emphasizes the analysis of arguments, informal fallacies, and elementary deductive logic. This course cannot be used as an intermediate level elective for the mathematics major or minor. Meets: Weekly for three 65-minute periods. Same as: PHIL 213 . Offered fall semester.
