4 credits The study of primate behavior, how it can be understood as environmental adaptation, its evolutionary significance, and how it compares to human behavior. Topics include primate ecology, social behavior, sociobiology, and cognition. Prerequisite: ANTH 103 or permission of instructor. Offered spring semester in even numbered years.
