BST 390 - Introduction to Portfolio Management

4 credits
A practical introduction to the capital markets, financial securities, and portfolio management. Applies elements of statistics and financial economics to understand the asset allocation and security selection techniques for portfolios. Focuses on the financial theory and empirical evidence that are useful for real‐world investment decisions. Prerequisite: BST 304  and ECON 301  and (STAT 227  or ECON 303 ).
