STAT 227 - Intermediate Statistics

4 credits
Completes a two-semester sequence in the use of statistics for data analysis. Uses a popular software application for statistics and builds on the foundation gained in in the intended prerequisite. Introduces additional methods of statistical inference with a focus on analysis of variance and multiple regression. Focuses on the design and analysis of published statistical studies that use these methods.  Previously offered as MATH 227. Prerequisite: C- or better in STAT 207 . CLA-Quantitative, CLA-Writing Intensive
