PSCI 379 - On Democracy4 credits
Explore the fundamental principles and theories of democracy and democratization. The course examines core issues in modern democracies including democratic political theory, causes of democratization, the effects of variations in democratic institutions on democratic institutions on democratic performance, and democratic erosion. Students will study much of the classic political science literature on democracy and democratization. BSS- Breadth Social Science
