4 credits An examination of international techniques for the mitigation of interstate and intrastate conflict. A research seminar that analyzes and evaluates contemporary cases of peacekeeping; military, economic, and/or diplomatic sanctions; humanitarian intervention; etc. Prerequisite: PSCI 104 or equivalent; junior or senior standing.
