BST 310 - Management4 credits This course explores theories and practices in the fields of management and organizational behavior. The course will explore how businesses, the government, and non-profit groups are organized, and why. The course will also examine the behavior of firms concerning issues of governance. Examining the relationship between strategy, market structure and the corporate environment, the course will enhance the knowledge of students of how managers function in both the domestic and global business environments.
