Degree Requirements
Students in the Master of Arts complete 30 credit hours from History and Culture listings, as well as approved courses from other Caspersen programs.

I. Required Courses (15 credits)

B. Historiography (9 credits)
Two courses from one field (American or European) for a major field, and one course from another field for a minor field Non-Thesis Track (15 credits)
Taken from existing History and Culture courses, as well as courses from the Caspersen School or Theological School with approval by convenor, including 3 credits in “Methodology” and 3 credits in “Extradisciplinary” study. Thesis Track (12 credits)
