About the Certificate
The Certificate in Conflict Resolution and Leadership (C.R.L.) equips professionals with skills in mediation and conflict transformation. The curriculum is built on three pillars: cultural awareness, contextual understanding, and conflict resolution.
Our mission is to educate a next generation of professionals committed to reducing conflict and forging more peaceful communities at home and abroad as the ultimate path to security. The program combines humanities-based study with real life experience and has special appeal for law enforcement, those in legal services, school counseling and administration, public service officers and organizations, crisis, mediation and counseling professionals, security, military, and community leaders.
The Certificate can be earned on its own or as part of a degree program at Drew.
