HIST 900 - Portfolio0 credits
The course meets throughout the semester to guide students through the process of completing the portfolio. Students will revise book reviews and syllabi produced in previous classes, will discuss the process of writing and presenting to the general public, leading to a public lecture and an essay aimed at a popular audience, and compose a dissertation prospectus. Outside of class students will contnue working on the readings for their three fields. Course may not be repeated. Prerequisite: Only to be taken after 42 credits
