BBCL 670 - Gender and Sexuality in Biblical Literature3 credits This course explores how gender and sexuality are constructed and performed in a selection of texts from the Hebrew Bible and the New Testament. The texts are analyzed both as products of their world(s) and as forces that powerfully impact our own world(s) for good and for ill. Prerequisite: BBCL 501 OR BBST 511
