BBST 737 - The Bible, Colonialism, and Postcolonialism
3 credits Using the resources of postcolonial studies, this course will examine selected texts from the Hebrew Bible and New Testament in relation to the perennial theme of empire, and the complex patterns of resistance and collusion that empire invariably elicits. Prerequisite: (BBST 501 or BBST 511). Signature of instructor required for registration.
