BBST 649 - Contemporary Hermeneutics for Preaching the New Testament

3 credits
An overview of the main critical paradigms in New Testament hermeneutics: historical, literary, social-scientific, and ideological criticisms and their application for preaching the New Testament to a postmodern world. Particular emphasis will be given to contextual perspectives. Prerequisite: BBST 511 .
