4 credits Covers the treatment of data used by accountants. Central topics include data acquisition and data analysis techniques for decision-making. Students will have an opportunity to use accounting data and software package in a variety of hands-on projects to develop skills with industry-recognized software and “big data” techniques. Prerequisites: STAT 207 and BST 215
