4 credits Focuses on theoretical exploration of specific topics in rhetoric, writing, or communication. Examples include feminist rhetorics, political rhetoric and communication, argumentation and advocacy, the role of language in advertising. Topic varies by semester. Prerequisite: ENGH 150
