REL 392 - Seminar in the Study of Religions: International Topics

Examines topics in the study of religion at the advanced level, focusing on religion in international countries. Topics will vary. Introduces students to the nature of religion as a defined area of human experience through beliefs, practices, and cultural identity. Also introduces students to methods such as phenomenological, thematic, historical, or comparative perspectives to analyze religious phenomena. Course is repeatable as topic varies.
