SOC 107 - Identity and Difference2 credits In this course students will learn to: think creatively and critically about the social world, demonstrate a sociological understanding of race, class, gender, and sexuality and how these concepts shape our identities and life chances, synthesize ideas from various authors and use them to explain everyday social interactions, communicate effectively in written and oral form.
