ENGL 250 - Mapping the Anglo-American Literary Tradition: The Medieval Period4 credits Through an examination of representative texts from the medieval period in Britain, this course teaches students to think historically about literature through tracing a set of key concepts such as author, reader, theme, form, culture and intertextuality.
