RLSC 722 - U.S. Hispanic-Latino/a Religions and Cultures3 credits
Introduction to history, culture, economics, and politics of the Hispanic Latino/a presence in the United States. In addition to lectures, this course uses feature films, novels, and short stories by and about U.S. Hispanics and Latinas/os to stimulate reflection, discussion, and research on its subject matter. The religious dimension of the U.S. Latina/o experience is highlighted.
