CSOC 645 - Community Economic Realities and Ministry3 credits
An examination of a range of economic crises that ministers often face in local communities and an exploration of useful church responses to those problems. This course examines the ethical role of the minister in interpreting economic realities to congregations, advocating specific policy solutions, and addressing some of the survival needs of members of the church and community. Signature of instructor required for registration.
