BBST 650 - Feminist Interpretations of the New Testament

3 credits
A socio-historical study of women and gender in the world of early Christianity through the writings of the New Testament. Feminist methods of interpretation will be studied to help particularly in the analysis and appropriation of selected women’s stories from the Gospels and texts dealing with women in the Pauline letters. Prerequisite: BBST 511 .
