ENGL 253 - Mapping the Anglo-American Literary Tradition: Twentieth-Century British Literature4 credits Through an examination of representative texts from twentieth-century British Literature, this course teaches students to think historically about literature through tracing a key set of concepts such as author, reader, theme, form, culture, and intertextuality.
